I am a Brazilian astronomer working as an Assistant Professor at Valongo Observatory of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (RJ, Brazil). I study topics in the fields of Stellar Astrophysics, Extrasolar Planets and Astrobiology. My primary research goal is understanding how stellar properties (such as chemical composition and mass) influence the formation, evolution and architectures of planetary systems.
